lotsa houses

Been looking at a blur of houses with Joe and Melissa.  Once we saw 5 in one day!  And that's just one level:

1.  search the net realtor sites
2.  ask friends if they know of any, esp          for sale by owner
3.  drive around preferred  
     neighborhoods
4.  check out properties on auditor site
5.  walk around properties that are
     vacant
6.  go to open houses
7.  set up appointments to tour top
     choices
8.  take family members back for
     second tour to do our own home
     inspection
