Why people choose to walk down the middle of the street instead of using the sidewalk.
Unless the sidewalks are covered in snow or ice or a person needs to push the stroller where it's very uneven, I cannot conceive of a reason why I would choose to take my safety into my own hands and walk in a place designed for Motor Vehicles.
I won't even go into how annoying it is for drivers like me to navigate around them.
