Tornado Pictures

National weather service determined there were 2 F1 tornadoes that touched down in Trumbull County Sunday. One was the one I took video of and only about 2 miles from us! Unfortunately, blogger can't accept a video clip that big, so it's only available on facebook.



Earliest reports I heard of were just over 11 miles west of us. It was reported to be going NE at that time.



Then it hit my friends house 7 miles NW knocking over 3 huge trees on their property.



Next info I have is another friends house 3 miles NW of me.





Tod Avenue near McGuffey school had tons of damage.

Then the news said it actually touched down at Jamestown plaza which is only
1.5 miles north!

Signs for Family Dollar and others blown off.

Roof blown off and fence torn out of the concrete..






Window blown out of vehicle.





















After this is when we saw it jump over us!

Then I took pictures 8-12 blocks NE.

that's a transformer in the debris

We saw debris 2 miles east and power outages, but couldn't find any trees or wires down.

It was reported there was a second tornado
20 miles east, but the trajectory and timing line up perfectly so I don't know what technicality makes it a separate tornado.
