Reading on Archive.org

Having been recommended multiple times from many YouTubers about the author's Ingri and Edgar Parin D'aulaire, I have been looking up their various titles. These have been published so long ago that their copyrights are expired, which means they are in the public domain and many are accessible on archive.org. So far I have read Pocahontas, George Washington, and Conquest of the Atlantic.

Also reread where Two Ways Meet by Grace Livingston Hill.

Plus still working on Tactics and Happy Lies. And started How to Study the Bible by John MacArthur.

Reading Update

Well, my stack of want to reads is getting bigger way faster than my finished reading stack!

I made short work of the last two volumes of Jeanette Oke's series in between bouts of tackling the Holocaust, New Thought, and apologetics. Winter is Not Forever and Springs Gentle Promise were much less familiar to me. I'm sure I must have read them in the past, but especially the last one set in the Dust Bowl era I don't remember really at all. And I feel it's one of the best in the series -- I'm torn between it and the first!

Also read 50 Famous Stories Retold and started the Railway Children.
