Well, today Punxitauwny Phil did not see his shadow so supposedly an early spring is coming. Never found out what "early" means. My dad always said if he saw his shadow it meant six more weeks of winter, and if he didn't there would only be a month and a half!
Not to mention that there are several other groundhogs around, like Buckeye Pete and ones in Canada and New York. But I've only ever "listened" to Punxsutawney Phil.
