Helped Trish all morning today. We cleaned out the fridge and organized everything. Then filled in the menu plan to use up any food in danger of spoiling, went over the shopping list, and added items to complete meals. I went shopping while she did paperwork and then cooked dinner to have waiting for her when she got back from visiting her mom. It was my first try at chicken francaise. I'm definitely NOT known for my ability to do breading and it did fall off a bit but not as bad as it usually does for me. I'll have to try it again for Melissa. Here's the recipe I followed:
