First we went to the library. This is one of the last times this year Wesley will be able to wear this overalls outfit. It's amazing he hasn't outgrown it already but it has great adjustments on the straps. There were normal activities inside, but they also opened up the patio and had activities out there too!
Then we stayed for the free lunch that the city schools are providing. I thought it might save me time rather than going home and fixing lunch like we do every Wednesday after Toddler Tales, but it ended up taking as long so no gain. Except that we got to eat with his friend August and that was fun. After nap, more yard play with his slide, digging in dirt, and running around the tree! We also found a HUGE mound of ants. There's always lots of ants around but why this swarm, we don't know. Need to bring out some guns I guess.
