I don't get to see Gina much, but when I do, at family picnics, at 4-H meetings, at the store occasionally, she looks totally healthy. No one would know that she suffers from shortness of breath and lack of energy. She's not the type to complain either, she just deals and goes on with life. A busy one too with being a wife, mother of 2, and part of a worship band, as well as president of the local chapter of The Rebecca Foundation. I only recently became aware that her symptoms were getting so life interfering that they began really pushing her doctors to find a definitive diagnosis.
But the diagnosis is pulmonary hypertension.
I remember hearing about it while watching an episode of Mystery Diagnosis so I found the segment of that episode on youtube. It's in 4 parts under this link:

It is debilitating, progressive, incurable, and only moderately manageable. It is a crushing realization. We will be leaning on God's grace and mercy even more now and that is making all the difference.
