What a crazy day! Scheduled to sign papers at 830am, but car door was frozen shut. 
After finally getting it open, it wouldn't shut! Already late for signing, so drove there holding door shut with arm!

Finished signing then dad to the rescue to talk through fixing latch over the phone. 
Assured repeatedly at signing that house would be completely transferred by noon and would receive a confirmation call. Waiting (looking at phone every few seconds!) until after 1pm.
Decided to go get supplies anyway.
Continue badgering realtor to find out what's going on while shopping.
Getting more and more agitated!
Finally get the all clear to take physical possession!
