Did some figuring and tried different ways of attaching the new vent fan so it would attach properly to a joist, vent correctly, and not be illegally IN the shower.
After getting the bathtub out, we had seen that there was no floor under it, only subfloor. The cracks were quite wide too! So back to Menards for a sheet of plywood!
Bought plywood, Styrofoam, and sealant.

We got it through the doorway without having to take off trim!
These were 2 very LONG and STRESSFUL days of HEAVY LABOR.
We are exhausted.
