Without a hitch? Not exactly! Still a great day and worth all the effort. There was some amazing discussion around our tables and I have even more awe for what some ladies have gone through and how God has brought them through! I can't imagine facing some of those situations and to look at these ladies, worship and serve with them and see their faith and commitment, I would never in a million years guess that they had been through anything so crazy.
We had some glitches--it was a major adventure getting the projector screen down for worship! but nothing kept us from pursuing what God had for us today! Many were dealing with physical symptoms, crises at home, challenges of stepping up to doing things God was asking of us. It really seemed as if we were trying to be blocked more than I remember ever happening before. It was a lot of physical and mental work to persevere. God met us and blessed us.
