Why have an open sign if it's not used to tell when the store is open?? These open signs are blaring into the night and the store is clearly NOT open! This is not the only business around here that does this. I know of several others where this happens regularly. I have never shopped at any of them and if this is some kind of gimmick to get more customers, it's certainly not working on me and I don't know why it would work on anyone.
