Still have not found out what is wrong with my car. The fuel pump has been replaced as well as the fuel filter and pump relay, and it still won't start.
Next we are advised to look into the fuel pressure regulator which might not be too bad.
Or it could be related to the anti-theft system. THAT could be an ordeal.
The alarm set up has always been erratic--going off for no reason and taking several clicks to turn off and the reset switch didn't always work either. So it makes sense that it could be affecting the car in other ways.
This is something that will involve the dealer or the manufacturer of the alarm system--surely not simple or cheap.
